The chest strap is attached to sliders on the shoulder straps so you can position it to fit you perfectly. There is a zippered divider in the bottom of the pack for separated storage that is ideal for a sleeping bag, some shoes, or some dirty clothes. I don't have this on the schedule to at least S'15 but when we get there we will reevaluate what people are using it for and also the types of things that people are carrying and where they want them.

If the torso length is too long or too short, you may need a different pack size, model or an adjustment.

As I mentioned above, you have two different sizes S/M and M/L, and in addition to this, you actually have an adjustable harness. This will pull the lower portion of the pack against the body and snug the pack around your ribcage. The list of surprises is not over; completely on the bottom, you have a separate pocket with an integrated rain cover. Tighten them until you feel the top part of the pack rest against your pack, over tightening them will create excessive pressure on the front of your shoulders.

Of the many external and internal pockets, you get one mesh hydration sleeve, one on the shoulder strap, two in the hip belt, one with a zipper on the front, one that is non-scratch for glasses, and three of mesh on the exterior. Our women's-specific torso, harness and hipbelt ensure a proper fit to maximize efficiency, comfort, and safety. The optimum angle for these straps in 45º, but they will stabilise the load even when horizontal or at a more obtuse angle.This helps keep the shoulder straps from catching in your shoulder joints and keeps the stability of the pack when moving over rough ground. Getting this correct is one of the most important aspects of fitting the pack correctly to your unique body frame.
