Still, given the state of the other fighters, she’ll likely always be your second Blood Sacrament target. Like the murderous and sneaky Aelves of Morathi that they are, Morgwaeth’s Blade-Coven need to wait for the right time to pounce and maul the enemy.

Let down by being a 3 rd end phase objective but helpful for players going for the hold objective and aggro build. It’s risky and relies on her being inspired but this is a nice sneaky ability for her Sacrificial Knives that can see Lethyr punch well above her weight. In truth, however, their quest was a fool’s errand, for Morathi knew no shard lay in the mountain – Morgwaeth had questioned her liege a little too publicly, and was sent to Beastgrave for her temerity. This has downsides but it makes them the only warband with a truly guaranteed inspiration mechanic no matter what happens during a game. I started with Warcry way back when it initially dropped and immediately fell in love with the Untamed Beasts.

This was a poor punishment for the hag queen, though – the blades of Khaine found many offerings to the lord of murder in the mountain’s ancient halls, and their dedication may yet see them escape Beastgrave’s grasp. It’s doubtful that it will come up enough, by the time you get around to Upgrading and Inspiring Lethyr, she’s likely already dead or in a spot to die soon.

If you’re playing very aggressively and getting kills, this is a pretty good card, but that requires your dice to go well.Keila’s Choking Coil is another Lost Page that is a decent attack action upgrade that’s kinda like Shadeglass Darts. Her Sacrificial Knife goes to 3 fury and damage increases to 2 which makes her more formidable in close combat. It loses some effectiveness if the meta shifts away from Hold Objective, but I don’t think that will happen any time soon. Maybe there’s something to tease out with early objective play that feeds into late game bloodshed like the Grymwatch but will it be better to just play the ghouls?What makes her valuable for your Daughters of Khaine army is the Blade-coven – these models act as bodyguards for Morgwaeth, intercepting wounds and mortal wounds she might otherwise take. Yes, you can’t spend it to get Upgrades, but Glory is Glory, and this is more reliable than something like Daylight Robbery. Pursuing Morgwaeth will be a priority for your opponent, so keep her back and use her in the final activations of a round to score a kill on an overextended enemy.
