About this deal

The band have made a similar track for the past two albums, and this time round the list includes a relative of Charley “Aitch” Bembridge, the drummer. Davies and Black reunited towards the end of the 1980s, performing as a duo, with Davies on electric guitar and Black on vocals. It was initially credited to "The Selecters" and although the record was touted around the industry, there were no takers and it remained on the shelf until 1979, when it was released as The Selecter as a double a-side with the Special AKA's hit single " Gangsters", the first 2 Tone Records single.
