Performance Comparison
The high output pump works well and allows you to inflate the entire boat in less than 10 minutes. An electric air pump will definitely make inflating and deflating faster, but if you’re planning to use the craft occasionally the included pump will work fine. Intex Explorer K2 is an excellent recreational kayak and beginner's kayak. In connection, I don't think that it will fair well as a sea kayak or whitewater kayak. I'll explain why on the product review proper. Intex Explorer comes with all the features for recreational use and will be great for occasional visits to rivers and lakes. The Explorer K2 sits fairly high in the water, so longer paddles would be more useful and comfortable during long excursions. Takes longer to inflate than others
