About this deal

Ok so, for me, this is a slightly different blog to usual because it’s not Makeup related but I do think that this is something my readers would enjoy and be interested in. Once the lotion was all applied, and my hair was sufficiently covered, I wrapped myself in cling film and started to get a better picture of how an oven ready turkey may feel. My hair before I applied the lotion This is another hair colour remover designed to work on both permanent and semi-permanent dye. Like the Colour B4 permanent and semi-permanent remover, it also smells somewhat awful. It will be some days before the smell is out of your hair. It removes both permanent and semi permanent colour, and also helps to remove build up – perfect if you have been colouring your hair for years. Once rinsed, apply half the bottle of the buffer solution and work it into the hair as you would a normal shampoo.

Some describe it as cat pee and other say it smells like rotten eggs. This could be because the colour remover is extra-powerful to ensure it works on darker hair dyes. Post Colour Removing, the Hair is very porous and the Hair cuticle is very open, which means it will absorb anything it can get its hands on. Any Colour applied over the Hair will fill it full of pigment creating a Darker Hair Colour than desired. Waiting 48 hours for the Hair to settle before Colouring allows the Hair cuticle to close up and avoid this from happening. Step 2: Warm hair with hairdryer and apply the mixed colour remover onto clean dry hair , from root to tip.Massage and distribute evenly. Leave on hair for 60 minutes Colourless removes dye from the hair by reversing the dye process, by shrinking dye molecules within the hair cuticle, allowing them to be washed away. Colourless is a much safer alternative to bleach and a much cheaper alternative than going to the hair dresser. The color remover ( Efassor, Bond Enforcing Color Remover) enters the hair and removes any artificial color pigment, but your natural pigment remains untouched. This will leave your natural hair color intact and will not damage your hair. In contrast, bleaching agents enter the hair fiber and remove both, all artificial and natural color pigment, leaving no pigment in your hair. This will leave the hair dry, brittle and damaged. 4) Will I Have the Original Hair Color After Application?Ok so to start with the instructions were fairly straight forward but there were a lot of them. We took it out and read it etc. and then I mixed it up and oh my goodness it is really stinky (sorry!). It smells like rotten eggs. But we thought ok it might wash out so we continued. I put it through his dyed red hair (red went over faded blue which was on lightly bleached hair) and started the timer. Did you use a color remover that removed your color, but left your hair with a touch of brass or yellow? Don't be scared! As we mentioned in the previous point, that's perfectly fine. This means that the color remover worked. After removing the color, the hair will always have a warmer touch. The orange or yellow tones that remain in the hair come from the developer that was used in the previous coloring. You can easily correct these unwanted warm tones either by coloring your hair to the shade you wanted or by using hair toner. Hair color remover provides most gentle way to remove hair color. In addition, it helps to prepare the hair, for example to change the color tone from warm to cold or to remove the build-up color caused by frequent and repeated dyeing. You can usually tell by the fact that your hair is dull, without shine, dry, looks heavy, and even if you still use the same shade, your hair looks darker. Bright outgrowths and matte ends are also a sign of accumulated color. 2) How Does the Color Remover Work? Yes, Warmth will happen — It’s actually a good sign of a successful Colour clean out and is a leftover from the Developers of your previous Colours. Red, Coppers and Blondes leave behind more Warmth than other Shades which is all solvable with re Colouring or Toning. 8. How many times can I Colour Remove? Some people found that they could leave their hair that way after de-colouring it. The remover works evenly without leaving any blotches and uneven coloured spots. But if you are not comfortable with the final colour, you can use a dye immediately after. What we like about it:

If you using shampoo and conditioner, to protect the color, you should stop using them few weeks before using hair color remover. Hair cosmetics with color protection could prevent the remover from working. Better use routine care without color protection. Sometimes if the hair is not rinsed properly, this problem can appear. The reason is re-oxidation. This means that the artificial color molecules were not completely rinsed from the hair during the removal process, they increased and caused the previous color to return. Therefore, it is recommended to rinse the hair properly. Really properly! 11) Can I Dye My Hair Immediately After Using Color Remover?Max Effect contains 25% more active ingredients than other Colourless variants. The ultra- strong max effect is designed to remove dark colours and stubborn colour build-up. No Ammonia and no bleach means Colourless Hair Colour Remover is very gentle on the hair’s condition! What Our Reviewers Thought About Colourless Max Effect After de-colouring your hair you can re-dye it immediately without any problem. What we like about it: I’ve spent years dying my hair, and have also had treatments done to remove colour which didn’t work as well as this one did and were ALOT more expensive! The color remover works by entering the hair shaft, where it focuses on the artificial color pigments and dissolves them. Once the pigment is dissolved, the stored dye has nothing to hold on to, and after a few minutes of applying the color remover, you can easily wash it out of your hair. This means that you will see the results immediately after you rinse your hair. The best thing is that, the color remover does not remove natural hair color or damage or dry out the hair. Therefore it is also suitable for fine and slightly damaged hair. Do not leave color remover on your hair for longer than is recommended. Leaving the color remover on your hair longer will not ensure that more color is removed. In fact, it will be the other way around and your hair may darken. Always follow the manufacturer's instructions exactly! 10) Why Did My Hair Darkend After Using Color Remover?

Once these bonds or links have been dissolved, the artificial colour molecules have nothing to hold them in place and since they are smaller now, they can easily get out of the hair shaft through the cuticle. But it works really well. Instead of using bleach that will damage your hair, get a bottle of this. It’s easy to apply. It comes with clear instructions to guide you. After the allotted time we rinsed and put the shampoo stuff in and rinsed and put more shampoo stuff in and did more rinsing (lots of steps) and then we dried it and it was a weird green. We ended up having to lift the green tinge with peroxide. I am sorry but I’m not sure I’d try this again. It was a little time consuming but if you are on a budget honestly this is the way to go rather than going to the hairdresser. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone. It is definitely on the more expensive side and there are cheaper ones on the market but I don’t think they would work as well as this one.
