About this deal

A real oldie but a goodie. Great natural moisturizer and skin-identical ingredient that plays an important role in skin hydration and general skin health.

Personally, I wouldn’t use it as my everyday toothpaste. But as an occasional switch from my regular Kingfisher? Definitely worth considering. Is Euthymol toothpaste good for sensitive teeth? I have used Euthymol for 23 years consecutively. Euthymol is excellent for 1. Preventing Tooth Ache it cleans your mouth like not other toothpaste

This is the only toothpaste that I’ve tried that is actually pink, yes pink! It’s very unusual and I don’t know why they had to put this artificial colourant in (CI 14720) to make it pink. There is no benefit to having it pink, so why? Who knows? Apparently Euthymol's use is as a "Scientific Dental Preparation", but your teeth must be in some level of disrepair to use Euthymol, or you are perhaps one of the 'paranoid types' about fluoride. Euthymol has often, and continues to be, championed by the anti-fluoride brigade who make bizarre claims that Euthymol is better because it's just toxic overall and not having an additional toxic compound to contend with. Euthymol toothpaste, while beneficial, contains certain ingredients that might cause discomfort for some users:

The famous or rather infamous SLS (not to be confused with SLES). It is a cleansing agent known for being too good at the job and potentially irritating the skin. But, on the positive side, it can produce copious, creamy and luxurious foam compared to the more gentle and thus nowadays much more commonly used Sodium Laureth Sulfate. It has been recommended by the Euthymol Association not to use Euthymol after excessive alcohol consumption, since most Euthymol derivatives, even in foamy form, will cause a lasting pain on the user if it happens to fall on their genitals. This is particularly apparent with women who will whine and cause drama ( see point one in next section). When first using the toothpaste, using the top to pierce the film over the toothpaste. Use the toothpaste to brush twice a day as instructed. Are there any side effects? Colin and Justin on ruining another house with cheap tat and 'deep anal' Euthymol cleaning in Glasgow These reasons are often cited as being reasons for using Euthymol, however evil corporation and competitor Colgate insists that its cavity-producing saccharine-laced rat poison is marginally more beneficial on the second point of "cleaner teeth". They make no claims as to their effectiveness on the other two virtuous counts, however. For example, in case of AHA or BHA exfoliants, the right pH is super-duper important, and pH adjusters like sodium hydroxide are needed. Euthymol isn’t specifically designed for sensitive teeth. If you have sensitive teeth or gums, its strong flavor and high thymol content might cause discomfort. But, it can be different for everyone. Some might find it okay, others not so much. Menthol – obtained from the oils of mints but can also be made synthetically. It has a cooling effect, a minty flavour and leaves the mouth feeling fresh and clean. Not only a simple moisturizer but knows much more: keeps the skin lipids between our skin cells in a healthy (liquid crystal) state, protects against irritation, helps to restore barrier Glycerin – a harmless moisturising compound derived from vegetable oils or animal fats. Normally used in skincare products but it’s also useful in toothpaste as it prevents it from drying out and when it’s in the mouth it prevents dryness during brushing.

Euthymol toothpaste has a special blend of antiseptic ingredients and esssential flavour oils to help keep your teeth and gums clean and healthy. BenefitColin and Justin, the world famous and respected budget interior designers from Glasgow, swear by Euthymol in their decorating shows, with their faggoty sculptures and 'lifestyle statements' in unfortunate people’s homes. They often use Euthymol to clean run-down areas of Glasgow and disinfect the residents, to some level of success. [5] So a good toothpaste should be mildly abrasive and contain an ingredient to help restore and protect tooth enamel. In most cases this is fluoride at a concentration of at least 1000 parts per million (ppm). If fluoride is not used then the paste should contain an alternative. As a matter of fact, the required amount of toothpaste on a toothbrush (for an adult) is approximately 2mm x 2mm x 2mm… A TINY amount… about 10% of the typical amount most toothpaste manufacturers show in their commercials!!!! I have been using this toothpaste since I was a small child of about 9 years old, and I LOVE the taste as well as the benefits… I am now 77 years old!! With NO false teeth! Euthymol is suitable to be used by anyone looking for a strong effective toothpaste that clears plaque. It should not be used by anyone who is allergic to the ingredients contained in the toothpaste. Can Euthymol be used by children? Sodium Lauryl Sulfate – a synthetic foaming agent that may irritate your mouth and increase the risk of mouth ulcers. It may also cause dermatitis.
