Am I being cynical here and Natures Menu have done this and expect me to buy the 80/20 range which is of course more expensive! But there is the last drop, the customer service was unhelpful (took over a month and my initiative to move forward), we discussed and later on argued over grey area of their Ts&Cs in the latest August promo, them not even willing to meet me quarter of a way, unreasonable and I would dare say even incompetent. Lovely to hear that your ferrets are enjoying our frozen foods and that you have been happy with our customer service :) However I do find customer service very responsive and always get through. Deliveries by DPD are always on time so must depend on the area. My very fussy dog does like it though so we will continue. Country Hunter is the only food all 3 of my cats will agree on, don’t turn their noses up after a week and it works especially for the one with the sensitive tum. Both wet and dry diets have their benefits, and really it's up to you as a cat owner. In our general recommendation, you should be looking at a mix between both wet and dry while regularly feeding your cat twice a day. You can rest easy knowing that their nuggets are veterinary approved, so you know it’s safe to give them to your pet. And because they use only farm-raised turkey from trusted suppliers, you can feel good about what goes into these nuggets – no meat meals or derivatives either!
