My son started out in a Maxi-Cosi bassinet and I decided in the middle of the night one evening to purchase this again. The sound/light machine can come off and used else where which is wonderful, being able to rock the bassinet yourself is great because you know what kind of rocking motion your baby likes. I was originally nervous about the netted “shelf” on the bottom because I didn’t think it would be strong enough to hold anything, but it’s absolutely perfect!
