I would recommend this product but only to someone who can be careful when disconnecting the wire harness. It's pretty similar to CNC machining, so I'm almost surprised they're not mentioned so much on the forums. The on-board 100Wrms amplifier has been performance matched to subwoofer to deliver the amount of clear, tight bass. It can easily get down to around 35Hz, but not much lower without a ton of roll-off, but for a car setup I'm very happy with it, it was fun to install and sounds great, plus it's totally hidden and doesn't take up any trunk space, which was important to me.
