About this deal

We will introduce you exclusively to Newpay finance products provided by NewDay Limited under this Introducer Appointed Representative arrangement.

Watching the movie in this ratio (yes I did watch the movie again in full frame, you will see why in the extras area), the film feels a little claustrophobic and the stunning scenery suffers from the reframed image, there is an important moment around the 24 minute mark where the image is supposed to widen (I'll explain more in a minute), but in 4:3 the effect is lost and the framing becomes tighter and even more uncomfortable. The transformation scenes stand out for me with good deep bass and voices of the Bulgarian choir surrounding the sound stage.Since 2001, we've brought you uncompromising, candid takes on the world of film, music, television, video games, theater, and more. Best of all, Brother Bear manages to thrill and amuse audiences with an effectiveness that surpasses most of today's cinema.

Getting into the film is also fun with the surrounds being used well carrying the score and sound effects in a realistic manner. does mean the film has been cropped from its original aspect ratio, as opposed to Disney's normal use of the term. The clips here are a bit entertaining; they don't seem like a complete retread of the jokes that Pixar's already done. It's more lively and informative than a simple stills gallery, and it's a great bonus feature, which those interested in Disney's artwork will particularly enjoy. cropped anamorphic transfer would make more sense by filling up the 16x9 frame with additional picture instead of tiny black bars. The pair's past friendship collides with the present as Kenai and Nita embark on a journey as bear and woman.

Kenai has to go through the moose to get at Koda, who he realizes is necessary to get him to where he's going. However vile and mundane Brother Bear may be, it actually demands to be seen in its original widescreen: after 20-odd minutes (precisely when Kenai turns into a bear), the film’s aspect ratio expands. Brother Bear also marks, if not the end of an era, at least an interruption, as Disney famously closed its Florida animation studio after completing the production. When he does, though, the spirits that govern interspecies transformations see to it that Kenai is transformed into the big brown bear that he has just killed. The three sequences and introduction from the two directors run 11 minutes and 5 seconds altogether with a "Play All" function.Good film, more suitable to older children 7+ as the main character turn from a man into a bear, and younger children wont understand why. Dialogue is a little echo-y, but the Phil Collins songs and foley sounds come through loud and clear. Why I hear you scream, well it has to do with the story of the film and the main character, when he is transformed into a bear his vision changes, hence the wider ratio and more colourful image, it symbolises the characters change and that he is looking at the world and his life differently.
