EdA leans a little more fruity-violet, but the overall vibe with opening and drydown is similar with lush sweet-water that isn't the cold-waters of the Light Blue range. As it dries, the evolution is quite subtle, but the amber gives to the background a little more dryness. Lanvin fragrances evoke an authentic Parisian chic style, from the bottle design to the scent itself. I tried Halloween Kiss Sexy Halloween after getting the Lanvin sample, hearing that the Halloween scent was a perfect dupe, but that seemed slightly more basic to me, and maybe when I got my Lanvin full bottle that's all I could smell.

Some might consider it generic and although I quite disagree on that, I have to admit you will not stand out if you wear this since everyone and their mom seems to have it in their possession. The purple juice and potion-shaped bottle are quite alluring as well, and contribute greatly to Eclat d'Arepege's overall theme of a whimsical fairytale fragrance. I think someone classy but youngish with an old soul would wear it - like Anne Hathaway would like it.Heck, even Bath and Body Works scents I’ve tried nowadays are more pleasant and are much more well - blended than this. Summer’s near , flowers are in full bloom, the scent is more intense, it’s a wisteria blossom that blooms at perfume’s heart, accentuated by lush peach blossom and sensual red peony. Cedar and White Musk kindle at the base, a burning flame that sets the scent alight with a subtle yet sensual touch.

There is a resemblance to Light Blue and Violet Eyes however this is much more sweeter than both and a bit less citrusy. The sillage seems pretty weak, but that makes it a super easy day-to-day, wear everywhere kind of scent.
