Brain Gym coming soon to Over Fifties Friends...
In association with FunkyFogey, we will soon be launching a Brain Gym on the Over Fifties Friends social community to help you train your mental faculties in a different way, in order to build strength, stamina, and agility.
The Brain Gym will use original problems, brain teasers and puzzles. As you will shortly be able to discover, your mind possesses a remarkable natural talent for excellence and this potential may be realised by anyone at any age. And once your brain has been trained to think correctly about any task, confidence remains high and anxiety stays low, while difficulties, confusion and complexities are far more easily resolved.
The modules of the Brain Gym are: Mind Juggling, Pumping Iron, Memory Jogging and Bending & Stretching
So if you are forty-five or older and have, perhaps, allowed yourself to get into a less than ideal mental and physical condition in recent years please do not despair.
The good news is that it is never too late to bring about those health-promoting changes that will strengthen your body's own inbuilt powers of regeneration. So stay tuned here on Over Fifties Friends and you can start training your brain...
